It was a little cold and windy, but the tulips were beautiful. We went to Pella today with some fiends from Milo, the Keeney's. The kids had great fun playing the games and winning prizes. We ate great food and watched the parade. We ran into old friends from Cornerstone Drew and Jill Nelson, who live in Pella. It was great to catch up with them and meet their 4 kids!! After a fun sunny day,, the great mom I am didn't think to put sunscreen on my kids because it was cold, and we were in pants and jackets. Noah and Maddie have burnt cheeks and noses:( they have never ever gotten burnt, ever!! Thank goodness Morgan wasn't burnt! They fell asleep on the way home in about 5 minutes in the car!
